"Through breathing and poses, you can connect with your inner self and
Clean up the outside.
Lemon Tree Yoga
Let's find what's comfortable for us together!"

Professor Uemura
Hatha yoga moves to the rhythm of your breathing.
There are no difficult poses, so anyone can participate.
The answer is whatever is comfortable for you.
Yoga is often thought of as a pose-based practice, but correct posture is key.
Breathing allows you to see yourself and become in control.
Just by taking deep, long breaths for about 60 minutes during the lesson,
Your mind, your heart and every corner of your body will feel refreshed and clear.

What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on working with the body and life energy, and is centered on asanas (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques). Modern yoga that involves physical activity (Ashtanga yoga, Irongar yoga, Sivananda yoga, power yoga, relaxation yoga, etc.) are all included in Hatha yoga.
In Sanskrit, HA means sun and THA means moon. In other words, it represents the existence of opposites in the world, such as yang and yin, movement and stillness, masculine and feminine energy, vitality and spirituality. Yoga means "to connect," and Hatha Yoga is yoga that aims to harmonize and balance opposites.
